Refund Policy

Awwwang Digital Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides consultation and execution services in web design, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing. As our services are project-based and tailored to individual client needs, we adopt the following refund policy:

1. Deposits and Project Commencement

  • A deposit is required prior to the commencement of any project.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they secure project timelines and compensate for the time and resources allocated.

2. Project Cancellation

  • In the event that a project is discontinued or cancelled by the client, the deposit will normally be retained.

  • However, any requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutual discussion between Awwwang Digital Services and the client.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Should a refund be deemed appropriate after discussion, the refund will be processed manually and returned to the client using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be limited to the portion of fees not yet utilized for work performed or resources committed.

4. Completed Services

  • Payments for services that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable.

5. Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with us regarding any concerns. Dispute resolution and refund considerations will be handled in good faith to reach a fair outcome.
